The "Coffee Episode" in Regular Show

refers to "Caffeinated Concert Tickets" (Season 1, Episode 7), where Mordecai and Rigby need to work overtime for Fist Pump tickets, so they hire the Coffee Bean (a sentient coffee bean that squirts hot coffee) and his human translator to keep them awake, leading to chaos and the introduction of Margaret. The episode establishes the Coffee Shop as a key location and introduces the duo's love for coffee and the iconic bean character, who reappears later in the series. 


The "prank phone" in Regular Show

The "prank phone" in Regular Show refers to the Master Prank Caller, a legendary, powerful being in an 80s cell phone suit who can warp reality and time with his calls, featured in the Season 1 episode "Prank Callers" where Mordecai and Rigby try to out-prank him, only to get sent to 1982 and have to return by learning his secrets, voiced by Sam Marin and Tim Curry.
